RetroHQ's Jaguar GameDrive Tools utility from August 2019 lets you build custom MRQ marquee files for your GameDrive cartridge, bundling together box art, screenshots, and game metadata like title, developer, publisher and year that display in the menu. No changes are documented in this release, so this appears to be a stable version worth grabbing if you're just getting started with the tool.
